A private family based in Chelsea is seeking an experienced, nurturing, and professional Daily Rota Nanny to care for their two young children, aged 8 months and 2.5 years.
The family is looking for a confident and knowledgeable nanny with proven experience caring for children of similar ages. The primary focus will be on the younger child, as the older child attends nursery. However, the successful candidate must be equally confident caring for both children independently during the afternoons and whenever required.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated nanny seeking a long-term position within a private household, with the opportunity to travel internationally with the family.
The ideal candidate will be warm, organised, and highly experienced in caring for babies and toddlers. They should be confident balancing the needs of two young children, anticipating their developmental needs, and providing consistent, high-quality care.
The family is open to either a 1 week on / 1 week off or 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rota, depending on the candidate's preference and suitability.

Responsibilities
- Providing attentive, nurturing care for both children, with a primary focus on the 8-month-old baby
- Supporting the baby's feeding, sleeping, and daily routines
- Planning age-appropriate activities to encourage learning, development, and sensory exploration
- Managing nursery drop-offs and pick-ups, where required
- Confidently caring for both children independently during the afternoons
- Supporting the older child's development through play, reading, and creative activities
- Preparing meals and snacks appropriate for the children's ages
- Maintaining the children's belongings, bedrooms, nursery, and play areas
- Travelling internationally with the family and maintaining consistent routines while away
- Communicating effectively with the parents and working collaboratively with other household staff, where applicable
Requirements
- Extensive professional nanny experience with babies and toddlers of similar ages
- Strong knowledge of infant development, feeding, sleep routines, and age-appropriate activities
- Confidence managing two young children independently
- Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally with the family
- A calm, proactive, and nurturing approach
- Paediatric First Aid certification
- Enhanced DBS check and excellent references
- The right to work in the UK
