Care Homes & Care Settings
Recruitment and staffing for care homes, residential and specialist care settings, from carers and senior staff to management and support teams.

Overview
Care settings ask a great deal of their people: patience, physical stamina, clinical awareness and genuine kindness, sustained across long shifts. Recruiting well is the single clearest predictor of the quality of care a home provides.
We recruit for residential and nursing homes, retirement and specialist care settings, covering hands-on care, clinical and management appointments, and the housekeeping, catering and administrative staff who keep a home comfortable and compliant.
Roles We Recruit
- Care assistants and support workers
- Senior carers and team leaders
- Registered nurses within care settings
- Care home managers and deputy managers
- Activities and wellbeing coordinators
- Housekeeping, laundry and catering staff
- Administrative and management support
Typical Responsibilities
- Personal care, mobility support, nutrition and hydration for residents
- Medication administration and clinical observations where qualified
- Care planning, daily records and reporting changes in a resident's condition

- Activities, companionship and wellbeing programmes for residents
- Supervising carers, shift leadership, rotas and inductions
- Regulatory compliance, inspection preparation and family liaison for management roles
- Housekeeping, laundry and catering to a high standard within the home
Working Arrangements
Care roles usually follow shift patterns, commonly long days of around twelve hours, with night shifts and weekend rotations.
Full-time, part-time, bank and temporary arrangements are all common, and management positions are more typically weekday-based with on-call responsibility.
Permanent, fixed-term and short-notice cover can all be arranged according to the needs of the setting.
