Yacht Crew & Private Travel
Captains, deckhands, stewardesses, yacht chefs, chalet staff and travelling household professionals.

Overview
Life aboard a yacht or moving between residences asks for a particular temperament: exacting standards in confined quarters, long seasons and the ability to live and work alongside the same small team.
We recruit for private and charter yachts, ski chalets, villas and travelling households, matching qualified crew and seasoned travel staff with owners and family offices who expect hotel standards wherever they are.

Working Arrangements
Yacht roles are usually seasonal or rotational, with intensive guest periods and defined leave between trips.
Rotations such as two months on and one month off are common on larger vessels, while smaller programmes run permanent or seasonal contracts.
Chalet and villa staff are typically engaged for a winter or summer season, and travelling household staff work to the family's calendar.

As indicative guidance, stewardesses and deckhands commonly range from €3,000 to €5,500 per month, chief stewardesses and senior crew from €5,000 to €8,000, and captains considerably above this depending on tonnage and programme. Chalet and villa staff are usually engaged on a seasonal package.
